Drop Off:  The food and/or service ware (such as plates, forks, etc.) are dropped off, and there are no food displays.

Drop Off with Set-up:  Everything is set up and ready for guest to arrive. Set-up includes all food, plates, forks, drinks, etc.

Buffet, no Table Service:  Set up of all food chaffing dishes is provided, along with refill service for the food buffet.

Buffet, with Table Service:  Includes the set-up and refill of all food and drinks, with the drinks refilled at the tables. This also includes the cleaning of all dirty dishes after the event.

Full Plated Service:  All food and drinks will be served at the tables and all tables will be cleared of dirty dishes. This service is similar to a restaurant experience with full wait staff.

*note: if one service is chosen, and another service is desired after arrival, an additional charge will be assessed at that time. NO EXCEPTIONS.
