First of all it was one of the nicest evenings we have ever had the privilege of attending not to mention hosting. You and your team were without question-PERFECT!!! Our guests are still speaking about it and they loved the food-everyone is asking if I can get the recipe for the cheesecake and the salsa??? I told them it's probably a family secreat and you'd never part with it! Would you???

Second-you are a very kind and precise man to work with and I appreciated the attention to detail...you were so pleasant and professional and we simply can't say enough abot the quality, taste and presentation of EVERYTHING!!!
