Dear Ed, Karen and Staff,
We want to personally thank you for making our daughter’s
wedding reception on May 1, 2010 (aka The Nashville Flood) an
absolutely transparent success. I’ll just TRY to relay the
experience, but words cannot describe the events; your positive
attitudes, tenacious abilities, and comfort to our family’s
historic event’s success.
May 1, 2010 Nashville began receiving the torrential rains, which
ultimately flooded our city beyond comprehension. After news and
experience of the torrential rains were pounding on our Outdoor
Reception plans, with no letup in sight, we
“diverted” the reception to our church. Through
flooding road passages and logistical blocks, you all continued to
provide our entire parties with a reception which was described as,
“you would have never known that it was not planned this
way”.
Karen, you are a lifesaver with your positive attitude with life
itself, muchless a tense wedding reception and all of the variables
associated. Ed, you are the most talented
“designer” of palette enhancements (food)
I’ve experienced, along with your positive leadership skills
for your team.
I could go on and on, but we cannot describe how your team made
“lemonade out of the sourest lemons known” and made
our daughter’s wedding a complete success.

Other than the fabulous food, the tailored, creative menus and the awesome staff, I love using ya'll because it's EASY.
I get quotes quickly, can tweak as I go and I know I will never be let down.
With as many balls as I have in the air for each event, it's great to know there's one thing that's a for sure thing!
