Dear Ed and Jimmy,

We wanted to express our appreciation for the wonderful job you and your staff did at our reception at the Mill in Lebanon. Not only was every bite delicious, but the presentation was unbelievable. Your attention to detail with each display is a ture work of art.

It was priceless to be able to just walk into the room, enjoy the evening with over 500 guests, and have absolute confidence that the food would be perfect.
